A real Mountain Alder Pine Cone was molded in

plaster and burned up at 2000 degrees. Sterling

silver was forced in the mold to create this solid

silver Pine Cone. The mold then had to be broken

up to get the pine cone out, so each piece had to be

made from a different real pine cone. These are not coated

or plated with silver, they are solid silver. Unlike coated or

plated pine cones, that are prone to breaking apart, these

for hundreds of years!
